Sports Day

On sports day we did many fun activity’s and they are so much fun! The first activity we did was Whole school hoop relay. These are the rules, 1. You have to join hands and you can’t let go.2. You have to put the hoop through your left hand all the way past to your right hand. 3. you can’t cheat. I really enjoyed playing hoop relay.

The next games we played was called hurdles and running races. While I was running and jumping I banged my leg on one of the hurdles really hard! But I was really glad that I came second place. When I did my running race I came second again! But I was happy that I was second because that is a good score.

The third game we did was called Rob the Nest. This is how you play. You have to take turns at fetching the beanbags. Then as fast as you can you have to put it in your nest (inside a hoop). I had so much fun playing Rob the nest.

At the end of all the activity’s they said who won sports day. And the winner is…     THE BLUE TEAM! I was so happy that blue team won because I was in blue team.  So that is afew things I did at sports day.

Dork Diaries

Hi my name is Isabel. I am going to tell you why you should read the Dork Diaries series. The author is Rachel Renee Russell. I started to read it in the beginning of 2017. The first book I started to read from the series was Drama Queen. But I am not going to spoil it for you.

Dork diaries is about a girl called Nikki and she transferred to new school. Then she meets a boy and she starts to have a crush on him. His name is called Brandon.There is also this character called Mackenzie Hollister. She is the most popular girl in school and has a crush on Brandon too! Mackenzie is a CCP which means cute, cool and popular girl. In Nikki’s family there is her mum Ms.Maxwell, her dad Mr.Maxwell and her bratty little sister who she thinks is not bratty is Brianna Maxwell. After a couple of pages in the book Nikki meets some friends called Chloe and Zoey. They always have fights but in the end they become friends again.

2. Sardines (hide and seek) footy footy homebase, floor is laver and line chasey.

3. Have you ever shouted at your friends (for what reason)?

3. Yes because I lose my temper

4. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

4. Bird Watching.

5. What is your favourite hobby?

5.Netball because I play it with a team after school.

6. How many people are in your family

Should Our School Have A Uniform?

I am going to tell you three reasons why our school should have a school uniform.

First of all, our school uniform represents our school and makes us feel more like a Catholic student. Another reason is it isn’t really nice for a Catholic school to be wearing casual clothes. I think these reasons because we are a Catholic school and it doesn’t represent our school well. 

Secondly, you wouldn’t want to be choosing different clothes each and every two days because you would probably run out of clothes to wear for the week! And anyway what’s the point of changing your clothes every two days when you can take turns at changing your real uniform for school everyday.

 So if you want to be more like a Catholic student comment on this post but if you would like to wear casual clothes than that’s ok!
